Glimpses of Indian Life
Indian-made novelties reduced Native American life to mere glimpses.

Native Americans, their material culture, and unique ceremonies represented local culture to visiting tourists. Women Grinding Corn Model pueblos tell about local housing, human figurines demonstrate daily activities such as grinding corn, and paintings provide impressions, however shallow, of ceremonial life.
